They are in general quite friendly, and above all old people "waste" their time explaining everything. Women become mothers really young and they have 3-4 children, almost unheard of in Spain.We were surprised too to see many homeless, some of them were sitting next to the Cathedral, a typical tourist place. And at the end of the day they were in the main street as well.Alicia told us that they get money from the Government if they have dogs.So all of them had.
Another point to take into account is that there is nobody around when the shops are closed.And the bars and restaurants close too, everybody go then to pubs to drink, no more food.
